Giveaway Campaigns, also known as ‘Loop Giveaways’ are a means of growing your Instagram Follower base. We team-up with an Influencer who agrees to promote the Giveaway Contest through their Instagram Page. The Influencer then makes a post prompting their fans to follow your account in order to enter for a chance at winning an irresistible prize.

Social Spheres specializes in Giveaways within the Beauty and Fashion Space. As such, we only partner with Influencers who operate within these markets and have follower demographics that fall within the criteria listed below: 

Gender: Female Majority (>70%), Average Age: Between 24-30, Main Geography: USA

You can be assured that followers gained through joining a campaign will fit right into your desired audience and engage with your content.

Each Giveaway Campaign has an associated ‘Estimated Followers Gained’. This estimate is made using several key metrics related to the Influencer’s Instagram Account. Check the product description (in the ‘Shop’) to find out the ‘Followers Gained’ estimation for a given campaign.

To secure your spot in an upcoming giveaway, simply navigate to the ‘Shop’, add the campaign to your cart and proceed through check-out. Once payment is received, we will reach out via e-mail to confirm your place in the campaign. We do not reserve places in our giveaway campaigns, so it is vital that you proceed through check-out to secure your place.

The organization of the giveaway and purchasing of the prize are our responsibility. Once you have paid, just keep an eye out for the giveaway date announcement. You will receive this notice via email.

Giveaways available in the store will take place within 3 months of being posted to our website. If for any reason, the campaign does not go live within this time-period, all clients will be provided a full-refund. Refunds are guaranteed by our Terms of Participation agreement. 

If a Campaign in the shop is ‘sold-out’, this means that all slots have been filled. In the event that a ‘sold-out’ giveaway of interest has not yet taken place, please send us an email clearly stating your interest in joining the campaign. No promises can be made, but we will try our best to accommodate you!

 As a result, there are precautions in place to protect you if our targets are not reached. Specifically, for every 2,000 followers promised that you do not receive once the campaign has ended, we will reimburse you 50$. This is a term in our contract, so it will certainly be upheld. 
 
If you did not receive the number of followers that we advertised, please send an email to: info@socialspheres.ca with the heading “Reimbursement Request,” and we will work to assure you are reimbursed.

Giveaway Questions

You can enter the giveaway for free by following all accounts that @SocialSpheresAgency is following on Instagram. For more information, please refer to the instructions on the associated influencer’s giveaway post.

The winner(s) of every giveaway are chosen within 2 weeks of the post.

1. We engage the services of a third party facilitator to conduct a random draw of all eligible entrants. They are Canadian government approved and compliant.
2. We also engage the services of fully qualified independent scrutineer to oversee the random draw.
3. The process is subject to regular random audits by government representatives.
4. Winners are announced on our Instagram page as well as our website.

You can get one extra entry by subscribing to our mailing list. This can be done on the “BONUS ENTRY” tab of our website.

You MUST follow EVERY account associated with the giveaway contest to be considered eligible to win the prize. This will be confirmed by the Social Spheres team once a winner has been selected at random.
